School-Based Health Centers

The Springfield School District has partnered with North Star Health (formerly Springfield Medical Care Systems (SMCS)) to provide School-Based Health Centers in each school.  School-Based Health Centers increase access to medical, behavioral health, and dental services and allow for more comprehensive support of the children in the Springfield community.
