Remote Support allows a technician to enter your computer, allowing for the ability to diagnose and fix challenges. 
Upon entering the Remote Support Portal, there will be 3 selections to choose from;
  1. Representatives:  Click on a name to start a session if available
  2. Session key:  You must contact a representative to get a key
  3. Issue Submission:  Windows and Mac users, enter issue info and run the installer to start the remote session
