SUMMER INFORMATION:

5th-8th Grades: [email protected]  Monday to Friday; July 7-August 8, 2025.  Open at 8:00 am until 3:00 pm

9th-12th Grades: [email protected]  Monday to Friday; July 7-August 1, 2025. Open at NOON until 4:00 pm.


RMS NEWS: 

Summer information is out.  Please email [email protected] for more information.  Open July 7-August 8; Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm.  This is NOT meant to be childcare.  RMS is an enrichment program for social and emotional learning, academic enrichment and community awareness.  RMS is NOT licensed and can not accept subsidies.  There is a $50 a week suggested donation for trips, activities, clubs, breakfast, lunch and snacks.  
 

SHS NEWS:

Summer will be amazing at SHS!  Mr C and Mr Houk will be opening the Gym for OPEN GYM, the weight room will be open for working out, the SPACE will be open for gaming and more!  

***NEW this summer:  Volleyball Club!  Ladies come and play, learn skills and get ready for fall!  We will be using the Chester outdoor courts and have some intramural games throughout the summer.

Come hang out, drop in and grab a lunch daily from July 7-August 1, NOON to 4pm.  These opportunities are free of charge.  Donations are welcome to help offset costs of meals, activities and supplies for clubs and gaming equipment.

Come try it out, pick up a registration form and get registered.
This year we will NEED a registration form on file to ensure safety of student numbers and staff afterschool.
 
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT REGISTRATION ON FILE THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY FOR THE SPACE, A CLUB, TUTORING, HELP NIGHT OR HOMEWORK CAFE.  (due to low staffing)
 
Staying for the SPACE:  Please...REGISTER!
 
The SPACE is open Monday to Friday until 5:00 pm.  You must register daily for either the SPACE, Club, Help Night, Homework Cafe or any reason to stay afterschool.  This is to ensure proper staffing ratios and safe supervision of all students afterschool.

Important Dates:

March 20th Early Release:  OPEN at 11:30 until 5:00pm  Friday 21st CLOSED FOR Professional Development training for all staff and summer appointment enrollments.

April Break is coming up fast… spots are limited and based on REGISTRATION.  You must register at each of the sites for Pre-K, Elm, Union and RMS in order to ensure your space during February Break.

Open Daily 8:00am to 3:00pm; RMS
