Here is the YouTube recording of the first of two public information nights on the bond proposal. The bond would borrow to address energy efficiency issues in the district. Emphasis will be placed on RMS and SHS.
Tonight, members of the school board and administrators will be part of a public information session on the upcoming school bond vote. It can be viewed on the district Facebook page or the Superintendent's YouTube channel. Viewers can ask questions by typing in comments during the live broadcast. Click here for more information.

On December 8th, Springfield voters will consider a proposal to bond for a variety of energy efficiency projects in the district. This video helps explain the proposal. Voters wanting more information can attend two additional information sessions on Tuesday night, November 17th, and Thursday night, December 3rd.
School District Budget Advisory Committee to be Assembled

As it has been a little while since the last update, this is a bit long. The topics in this update include: the state's move to "Step 3," 8th grade, when to stay home, race and the district, lead in water update, surveys, and substitute teaching.
Students will be able to receive flu vaccinations through School-Based Health Centers this October. For specific dates, please check your school webpage. For more information and to access participation consent forms, please click here. Note that the deadline to register has been extended.
