The 2026-2030 Strategic Plan belongs to everyone in Springfield. We set out to built a plan to ensure that every graduate is prepared for a bright future, and your ideas helped shape these big goals.
How We Built the Plan
- Community Feedback: Listening to families and teachers for a year.
- Student Voices: Hearing what kids truly need from our advisory team.
- Shared Goals: Guiding every single priority with your input.
Please look at the plan you helped create. It is a great resource to understand the vision and road map guiding our work over the next four years. Staying informed helps you follow school board meetings. It lets you voice your thoughts. It keeps us partnering together to give our students the best education possible.
