Vermont Act 170 is designed to strengthen public education through regional collaboration, improved efficiency, and long-term planning. It aims to reshape public education by establishing regional Cooperative Educational Service Areas (CESAs) and initiating community-led school district merger studies.
We have added a new Vermont Act 170 section to our District website featuring overview guides and foundational resources to help keep you informed. We will continually update our website with upcoming committee agendas and official meeting minutes as they are scheduled, alongside new state resources and local study reports as they become available.
