Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs)

A continuous improvement plan is a set of activities designed to bring gradual, ongoing improvement to products, services, or processes through constant review, measurement, and action. Vermont requires each school to submit CIPs on an annual basis. Springfield School District has worked with the Education Development Center out of MA over the last two years to hone our ability to analyze data, set measurable goals, develop change ideas to implement in classrooms, and assess the impact of our chosen change ideas.
