Voluntary Vermont Weekly Testing of Educators

Below is a screenshot of the latest results of the voluntary surveillance testing for Vermont educators. Under the program, school employees from around the state can be tested for free. The program is being used to give state officials a way to gauge the overall path of the virus. School districts around the state have been broken into four groups. One group is tested each week, so Springfield School District staff have an opportunity to be tested approximately once every four weeks. A big take away so far is that school employees rarely test positive.
