Mission Statement

The Springfield School District serves 1500 students in five schools: three elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school. Situated in south-eastern Vermont, along the majestic Connecticut River, Springfield has a proud history of achievement in commerce and the arts.
The Springfield School District is located in Southeastern Vermont and serves the residents of the town of Springfield. The Gateway Collaborative school and the River Valley Technical Center serve the communities of Chester, Bellows Falls, Weathersfield, and Fall Mountain, NH. The district has three K-5 elementary schools (Elm Hill School, Park Street School, and Union Street School), one middle school (Riverside Middle School), and one high school (Springfield High School). The professional staff provide an educational environment with an eye on high standards and quality instruction.
